How do I add a VAT number to my account's billing info?
Beginning January 1, 2015, VAT rates based on a customer’s country of residence will be applied on telecommunications, broadcasting and electronic services. This means that we will now be charging the product price plus the corresponding VAT tax to new or renewing Build Project subscriptions and new one-time purchases of our online course for individuals.
For customers that have a VAT number for their country of residence, you will not be charged VAT and everything stays the same. Therefore, we kindly ask you to input your VAT number on Strategyzer by following the steps below. If you do not have a VAT number you can skip this step (it is still possible to reclaim VAT without a VAT number, just ask your accountant).
To add your VAT number, log into your Strategyzer account and navigate to Account in the main menu, as seen below:
Select Billing Info from the secondary navigation menu and click the yellow Update Billing Info button, as seen here:
Add your VAT number into the corresponding field and then click the yellow Update button. Your billing info should now include your VAT number.
