Customer segmentation in-depth and sharing of pains, gains etc
We compete with Viber, Whatsapp, Skype etc. Our customer segmentation is based on social classification, economic classification, gender, age and so on so forth.
There are common pains and gains but with different priority levels across different sets of segments.
Freemium model means 10% +/- from each segment will become paying customer. That means VP need be done separately for a range of customer segments for freemium and paid customers?
Is there a way to deal with this complex VP map here?
