Ad a name on sticky colors
We choose the color of the sticky after our own definition. It would be good to be able to ad these definition to the colors and ad a legend-box to the canvas to make it understandable for everybody

Make an editable to-do list on the left side
When we collaborate on a canvas, inevitably each person has to stop/pause and it would be very helpful to keep a list of what needs to be done somewhere within each canvas structure so other people know where to pick up. We can do this outside the canvas (e.g. Slack) but it seems like they should live together.

Having the canvas itself on GitHub would allow so many people and developers to contribute to the upgrades and find issues.

A Chat Sidebar for Remote Communication
Having a hideable sidebar where online users of the project can chat to each other and discuss remotely. The comments do help, but the agility needed for a team isn't met by this, and instead makes a clutter of the board itself.

Ability to document business model envioronment (market and indistry forces, etc)
I would like to be able to digitally post the environment factors with each canvas I build. Working with a remote team, it would be ideal to have these stored in the app.

Displayname instead of user name
I would like to change our name to our forenames. But the name is already taken.
So it should be possible to have internal display names so all team members can use the real names (or whatever) instead of using some fancy Nick12345 IDs.Would be perfect if you divide between project internal display names of users and the technical user name.

How about the ability to edit comments?
It would be good to be able to edit your comments. Like when you accidentally save one and you aren't finished typing. Or you're like me and you see a typo and can't stand it!

Customer segmentation in-depth and sharing of pains, gains etc
We compete with Viber, Whatsapp, Skype etc. Our customer segmentation is based on social classification, economic classification, gender, age and so on so forth.
There are common pains and gains but with different priority levels across different sets of segments.
Freemium model means 10% +/- from each segment will become paying customer. That means VP need be done separately for a range of customer segments for freemium and paid customers?

VP canvas should have feature to show sub-sets without showing up in Business Model Canvas
VP and CS in VP canvas should have the ability to show drilled down subsets and variants which do not need to be shown in the Business Model Canvas.

Ethical Proposition Model
Like the Value Proposition Model the same structure for creating and thinking about ethical, social and society. With gains, pains, creators and delivers but instead of jobs on the costumer side would be an ethical issue to be solved...

Notes on whole building blocks
I'd like to be able to make notes relevant to a whole building block, not just an individual post-it within a building block. IE "customer must keep 2 items/box for us to turn a profit" doesn't go on a sticky, but it's an important comment that I'd put on, say, the Revenue building block

Need a 'Story Teller!'
The export to PowerPoint is very nice, and the import to Google Sheets works as well - apart from the VP Slides.
Once i was completed with the BM, I exported it to PPT and put the animation to assist cueing up the story. It wasn't a ton of work; however, this would be a repeatable pattern when pitching.
